Portsmouth Road, Surbiton

Brief

Construct a Victorian-style garden with year-round productive raised beds, taking into account traditional features alongside mature trees and an existing brick wall.

Clearly delineate separate areas for leisure and garden productivity, ensuring each activity has its designated space while comfortably coexisting adjacent to one another.

Outcome

What was once an overgrown and neglected area has been beautifully transformed into a productive space, brimming with interest and carefully curated details to be enjoyed throughout the year.

A gazebo, along with vibrant sandstone slabs intricately woven with clay pavers, serves as the centrepiece of the main terrace, seamlessly linking to four spacious sleeper beds accessible via a gravel path.
